RESELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reseller Price A

1. ₱230 per bottle
2. Minimum order: 10–30 bottles (per purchase)

Reseller Price B

1. ₱210 per bottle
2. Minimum order: 31 bottles and above (per purchase)

Note: The minimum quantity is required for every purchase. Orders cannot be accumulated. For example, buying 10 bottles today and another 10 bottles the next day does not qualify as a 20-bottle order.

Payment Terms

1. 100% Full Payment First | GCASH and Bank transfer
2. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
3. No reservation or installment payment.

Shipping

1. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
2. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery time is subject to the courier's schedule.

Parcel Opening Policy (Very Important)

To qualify for any replacement claim:

1. Please record a continuous, unedited video before opening the parcel.
2. The video must clearly show:
3. The parcel is still sealed.
4. The waybill is visible.
5. The complete unboxing process.
6. The condition of each item after opening.

Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accommodated.

Replacement Policy

Replacement may be approved only for:

1. Broken bottles
2. Wrong item received
3. Missing item (subject to verification)

All replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and must include a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition until all contents are fully displayed.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour reporting period will not be eligible for replacement.

No Return / No Exchange

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons:

1. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or slow-moving products.

Product Availability

1. Stocks are subject to availability.
2. Some scents may become temporarily out of stock without prior notice.

Suggested Retail Price (SRP)

1. Suggested Retail Price: ₱350 per bottle.
2. Resellers are encouraged to maintain the suggested retail price to protect the SJB Perfume brand and support fair pricing among all resellers.

Reminders

1. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
2. Ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct.
3. Keep your payment receipt until your order has been received.
4. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these reseller terms and conditions.
