CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms

1. 100% Full Payment First via GCash or Bank Transfer.
2. Orders will be processed only after full payment has been confirmed.
3. No reservation or installment payments.

Shipping

1. Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
2. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery time will depend on the courier's service and schedule.
3. SJB Perfume is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Parcel Opening Policy (Important)

To qualify for any replacement request, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video before opening your parcel.

The video must clearly show:

1. The parcel is still completely sealed.
2. The shipping waybill is clearly visible.
3. The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
4. The condition of each item after opening.

Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be accommodated.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests may be approved only for the following:

1. Broken bottle upon arrival
2. Incorrect item received
3. Missing item (subject to verification)

To request a replacement:

1. Notify us within 24 hours after receiving your parcel.
2. Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video along with photos if requested.

Requests submitted beyond the 24-hour reporting period or without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.

No Return / No Exchange

For hygiene and product safety reasons:

1. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or incorrect orders confirmed by the customer.

Product Availability

1. All orders are subject to stock availability.
2. Some fragrance variants may become temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

Order Reminders

Before completing your order, please:

1. Review your selected fragrance(s) carefully.
2. Ensure your name, contact number, and shipping address are complete and accurate.
3. Keep a copy of your payment confirmation until your order has been successfully delivered.
